Terms for using Creative Tagger.
Last updated: June 2, 2026.
These terms govern your use of Creative Tagger, a creative intelligence product operated by The Bored Room. By using the site, app, API, or MCP server, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for your account credentials, API keys, and activity under your account. Keep API keys private and rotate them if they are exposed. You must provide accurate account information and use Creative Tagger only for lawful business purposes.
Your Content and Data
You retain ownership of creative files, URLs, brand taxonomy, naming templates, performance rows, competitor rows, prompts, and other content you submit. You grant Creative Tagger the limited rights needed to host, process, analyze, store, display, and transmit that content to provide the product and related support.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload or import the content and data you submit, including any customer, employee, creator, competitor, ad account, or platform data.
AI Outputs
Creative Tagger uses AI systems to classify creatives, generate naming conventions, summarize performance, create reports, and answer strategist questions. AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a specific business decision. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
Meta and Third-Party Platforms
V1 Meta workflows are read-only. Creative Tagger does not create campaigns, edit budgets, or write back to Meta in V1. If you connect, export, paste, or import data from Meta or another platform, you are responsible for complying with that platform's terms and permissions.
Billing, Credits, and Plans
Creative Tagger uses credits for analysis, reports, strategist calls, chat, taxonomy generation, competitor workflows, and related usage. Free accounts include limited monthly credits. Paid plans and pay-as-you-go usage are shown on the pricing page and in the dashboard when checkout is enabled.
Subscriptions, usage charges, checkout, tax handling, and payment processing may be managed by a billing provider. Unless a checkout page or written agreement says otherwise, paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled, and usage beyond included credits may be billed at the posted rate.
You can request billing help, cancellation help, or a plan review by emailing support. Refunds are handled case by case unless required by law or stated otherwise in a separate agreement.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use Creative Tagger for illegal activity, platform abuse, spam, malware, or attempts to bypass access controls.
- Do not submit content you do not have permission to process.
- Do not overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service except as permitted by documented APIs.
- Do not use the product to make automated campaign, budget, or bidding changes in Meta through Creative Tagger V1.
Availability and Changes
Creative Tagger is an evolving V1 product. Features, providers, model routes, limits, prices, and reports may change as the product improves. We may suspend or limit access to protect the product, enforce these terms, prevent abuse, or comply with legal requirements.
Intellectual Property
Creative Tagger, its software, design, taxonomy structure, workflows, documentation, and brand are owned by The Bored Room or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the product to you.
Disclaimers and Limits
The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Tagger disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunities.
