How Creative Tagger handles your data.
Last updated: June 2, 2026.
Creative Tagger is a creative intelligence product operated by The Bored Room. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us about your data.
Information We Collect
- Account information such as email address, password hash, API keys, plan, and usage limits.
- Creative inputs you upload or submit, including images, videos, landing pages, emails, filenames, URLs, and analysis metadata.
- Brand taxonomy and memory, including brand names, founder or creator names, products, offers, segments, naming templates, and notes you save.
- Performance and competitor rows you import or sync, such as Meta ad names, creative ids, spend, impressions, clicks, conversion values, destination URLs, public Ad Library rows, and related reporting fields.
- Usage and billing metadata, including credits used, plan selection, checkout status, and provider transaction identifiers.
- Support messages and operational logs needed to debug the service, prevent abuse, and keep the product reliable.
How We Use Information
We use this information to provide the product: analyze creatives, save your library, customize brand taxonomy, generate naming conventions, show reports, power the strategist/chat experience, connect MCP tools, meter usage, process checkout, and provide support.
We also use aggregated and de-identified operational information to understand product quality, fix errors, improve prompts and workflows, and protect the service from fraud or abuse.
AI Processing
Creative Tagger sends relevant creative inputs and context to AI model providers so the product can classify creatives, generate reports, summarize performance, and answer strategist questions. We limit prompts to the context needed for the requested workflow when practical.
You should not upload content that you do not have permission to process, or content that includes sensitive personal information unless you have a lawful basis and are comfortable having it processed by Creative Tagger and its service providers.
Meta and Competitor Data
V1 Meta workflows are designed to be read-only. Creative Tagger does not create campaigns, edit budgets, or write back to Meta in V1. If you import performance rows or public Meta Ad Library rows through CSV, browser, CLI, MCP, or another user-owned workflow, we store and analyze those rows so your reports and AI context can use them.
Service Providers
We may share information with service providers that help us operate Creative Tagger, including hosting, database, storage, AI model, billing, analytics, security, and support providers. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and Deletion
We keep account, creative, taxonomy, performance, and usage information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. You can request deletion of your account or workspace data by emailing support.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for a V1 SaaS product, including hashed passwords, hash-backed API keys, secret-safe launch checks, and access controls. No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
Your Choices
- You can choose what creative files, URLs, brand terms, and performance rows to submit.
- You can rotate API keys from the dashboard.
- You can request account or data deletion by contacting support.
- You can avoid native Meta OAuth by using CSV or user-owned agent imports.
Children
Creative Tagger is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
